Graham Peper is the Division D judge for the Jefferson County Court of Colorado. Gov. Jared Polis on April 28, 2022 appointed him to the Jefferson County Court in the First Judicial District. The vacancy will be created by the retirement of Judge Harold Sargent on May 31. Peper was the president and managing attorney of Peper Law Office, P.C., a position he’s held since 1995. His practice consisted of criminal and juvenile law and as a guardian ad litem. Previously, Peper was a clerk with attorney Gale Drexler from 1993 to 1995. Peper earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alaska in 1991 and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1994.
