Timothy J. Lane, Gilpin County Court

On Wednesday, November 29, 2023, the governor’s office announced the appointment of Timothy J. Lane to the Gilpin County Court in the First Judicial District, effective immediately.

Previously he was a Staff Attorney, Legislative Liaison, and Policy Analyst at the Colorado District Attorneys’ Council, a position he has held since 2016. Pior to that, Mr. Lane was Deputy District Attorney in the 1st Judicial District (2001-2016). He received his B.A. from Colorado College in 1997 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2001.
