Grafton Mayor Megan Flanigan appeared in Elyria Muni Court Tuesday morning and pled no contest to ovi and failure to stop and not guilty to failure to control and possession of drugs. Retired Judge Elizabeth who was appointed as a visiting judge in this case, then found Flanigan guilty of ovi and failure to stop and immediately sentenced her.

A trooper with the Ohio State Highway Patrol was arrested on an OVI charge on February 16 and pleaded not guilty Friday in a Franklin County courtroom.
