Sex offender faces charges of driving under influence of drugs with child as passenger
Police arrested a sex offender on Christmas, accusing him of driving while under the influence of oxycodone pills with his girlfriend's 9-year-old son in the car, police said. Craig Martin, 41, of Hyannis is facing charges of witness intimidation, operating under the influence of drugs, and possession of Class B and Class E substances, a police report said.
