Police Chief Charged With DUI, Granted Change Of Venue
Tuscumbia's Police Chief charged with DUI has been granted a change of venue. Tony Logan was in court today to ask the judge to completely drop the DUI charges against him. But if the charges were not dismissed, Logan requested his trial be moved from the Shoals. The judge approved the latter request.

DUI charge in fatal hit-and-run
A Chicago man was charged with aggravated drunken driving after allegedly striking and killing a 32-year-old man who was waiting for a tow truck on the shoulder of Interstate 55, Illinois State Police said.The hit-and-run crash happened at 10:17 p.m. Thursday near Damen, police said.
