Municipal Court Jan. 13 Katherine Gayle Hetke, 50, of Carlin was sentenced by Elko Municipal Judge Al Kacin to serve 48 hours in Elko County Jail with credit for 16 hours served, to complete and pay for a DUI school and victim impact panel and to pay fees and fines of $692 after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. She was arrested in October.
