DUI checkpoint planned for Saturday night If you're driving through Santa Maria on Saturday night be prepared for a driver's license and sobriety checkpoint. The Santa Maria Police Department says it will run from 6:00 in the evening to 1:00 in the morning. The checkpoint will be set up on an unidentified road, which the police says has large number of DUI's.

15 Years for DUI That Killed Man and Dog A man already on parole for prior DUI convictions when he struck and killed a man and his dog last year in west suburban Batavia was sentenced to 15 years in prison on Friday.

Beer Truck Driver Faces DUI Charges Collbran, Colo. A truck driver hauling beer is facing DUI charges after rolling his semi on I-70. The truck burst into flames shortly before 10:00 Monday night near the Collbran exit, setting the brush along the highway on fire.

Henrico police officer arrested for DUI. RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - An Henrico police officer has been arrested for a DUI. The Times-Dispatch reports police arrested 35-year old Jeffery Seal early Sunday morning. It is not known how long Seal has served with the Henrico Police Department.
