Magistrate Sara Davis has for the second time dismissed charges against a Greenville woman accused of DUI and whose blood sample was thrown away by a state trooper, but the county's chief prosecutor says his office will appeal again.

School Administrator Resigns Following DUI Charge
A school district administrator in Reading charged with DUI has resigned. Randy Butson, who coordinated the school district's online education program, was arrested March 8 after he crashed on Route 272. He was later charged with drunken driving.

Murrysville Students Try DUI Simulator, Beer Goggles
As students across the Pittsburgh area get ready for prom, a hands-on DUI simulator is reminding them about the dangers of driving drunk. The Allegheny Valley DUI Task Force and Students Against Destructive Decisions brought it to Franklin Regional High School in Murrysville.

A recent "Mock DUI" at White County High School showed students how their lives could be changed in the blink of an eye if they chose to drink and drive. Emergency services personnel and student volunteers portray the characters in a prom night crash where one teenager dies from her injuries.
