Task force announces location of DUI checkpoint (Dayton Daily News)
The Dayton Police Department and the Combined Agency DUI Task Force of Montgomery County will operate a sobriety checkpoint from 10 p.m. Friday to 2.a.m Saturday on North Gettysburg Drive at Hoover Avenue.

Ariz. police arrest Tank Johnson for DUI to the 'slightest degree' (USA Today)
Chicago Bears defensive tackle Tank Johnson was pulled over for speeding in Arizona early Friday morning, and police drew blood to determine whether he was drunk, according to a newspaper report. Johnson already is suspended for the first eight games of the 2007 NFL season after violating probation on a gun violation.
