McMinn Woman Fined $15,000 On Fourth DUI (The Chattanoogan)
A McMinn County jury needed a total of 10 minutes to find Patti Tuccillo guilty of fourth-offense DUI. The jury fined Ms. Tuccillo $15,0000. Ms. Tuccillo also faces a sentence of up to two years in jail.

Ala. woman on horseback charged with DUI (AP via Yahoo! News)
A woman used a horse to ram a police car during a midnight ride through town and was charged with driving under the influence, police said. DUI charges can apply even if the vehicle has four legs instead of wheels, Chief Brad Gregg said Tuesday.

YORK, Pa. - A man who arrived at court drunk for a drunken-driving hearing was again charged with driving under the influence, police said. Paul H. Zeigler, 45, of Glen Rock, appeared at a preliminary hearing at the Shrewsbury district court on March 26 for a DUI charge from December.
